The answer to your question will depend on your bumper. More than likely the # MO22FR will be the correct part for your Grand Design Transcend Xplor 321BH. If you have a tube frame with a bumper that is 4" - 4-1/2" wide then this will work as extra support for your carrier and generator. It would be difficult to add a Friction Sway Bar # 83660 to a Blue Ox weight distribution hitch. The mounting points required just aren't there as the manufacturer never intended for both to be required. Plus you have the added hassle of removing it when doing tight turns and backing up.

Due to the Dexter 4,400 pound axles using an uncommon bearing combination (inner bearing # L68149 (1.378" inner diameter) outer bearing # LM67048 (1.25" inner diameter)), you will be pretty limited on options.
